With sad and tragic stories every day about the severe neglect and abuse of pets, it can be hard to stay positive and believe things can change for the better. But the compassion and love of our wonderful AARF fosters, adoptive parents and supporters bring very happy endings for some very lucky dogs and cats, showing that even the most dramatic changes are possible -- and they happen all the time.
