My
name is BART, short for Bartholomew,
and I'm looking for a warm, loving home in which to snuggle and thrive.
Are you my new human companion? I currently reside with a dog that I just
can't stand, and she makes my life miserable. Now I spend most of my time
alone, separated from my canine counterpart, while my humans are at work.
They and I desperately want to find a good home for me where I'll have
lots of loving and companionship, and no other cats or dogs to compete
with. When it comes to humans, I am oh, so sweet and sociable. I'm extremely
affectionate: I'll follow you around the house, rest on your chest while
you watch TV, put one paw on each side of your neck for a big Bart-hug,
knead you affectionately with my little white paws, purr up a storm and
talk to you. I'll even let you pick me up like a big baby and carry me
around the house. I'm declawed in the front and my humans think I may
have Turkish Angora ancestors because of my white coat and tall ears.
No one knows my age for sure, since I was rescued in Quincy, Illinois,
some years ago after someone found me frozen under a trailer home, but
I'm middle-aged (probably 8 or 9 years old) and a healthy 14 pounds. The
vet says I'm the epitome of feline health. I had my last annual rabies
and feline distemper vaccinations in August 2005. I'm also neutered, and
I'm litter box trained since I spend all my time indoors (though I sure
do enjoy a screened window or porch from time to time if you have one).
My perfect home is warm and sunny, but more importantly, I long for a
kind human to love and adore wholeheartedly! I'm all yours if you'll have
me. I'll even bring my bed, igloo and litter box. Will you please be mine? If you'd like to meet me, or if you have any questions, please call my humans Amy and Esteban at 404-897-5312 (home) or 404-697-0845 (cell), or e-mail ambrosia1974@bellsouth.net, and they'll tell you all about me. I can't wait to meet you! |

A bundle of love is yours when you choose Gray
Cat! He is Persian with a thick, long-hair coat, gray,
white, and some beige. He has beautiful blue-green eyes. Gray Cat has
winning ways; he is very tame and gentle and lets you pick him up in your
arms. He has lots of personality and loves attention. His health is very
good right now; however, he tested FIV positive September 6 and when re-tested
October 10, 2005. He received Rabies and Distemper vaccines September
l5, 2005. He received vaccines For Leukemia September l5 and October 10,
2005. He was neutered at Project Catsnip on October 4, 2005. He had a
bath October 1. Gray Cat is about 6 years old. Gray Cat must be an indoors-only
cat and either be an only cat, or a companion for another FIV+ or non-aggressive
cat. For more information of FIV, click
here. Donation for my favorite charity required. For more

I
am moving and very regrettably can't take my cat Angel
with me. 8 years ago she was abandoned as a kitten on a friend's doorstep.
She moved in with me a few days later and has been a delight ever since.
She is a short-haired grey calico with a white nose and belly as well
as white stockings. She's been spayed and cared for by the Cat Clinic
of Roswell. Angel is very friendly (never met a stranger) and affectionate.
She loves to play and is very active. She greets me at the door, comes
when I call her and hugs me with a paw on each shoulder as she nuzzles
my neck. She loves to curl up on my lap or recline on the Sunday paper.
Has been a strictly indoor cat, but I learned the hard way that she is
an excellent mouser and hunter. Unfortunately, none of my friends or family can take her in and I move at the end of the week. She would be a great addition to any household, especially someone homebound or someone with another companion cat. For more information, please contact Kimberly at 404-520-0755. • (9/21/05) |

These
two adorable cats are Smokey and
Dusty. Smokey is the female and
is gray with some white and is small. Dusty, the male, is bigger and is
gray and white. He runs when food is ready and rubs against you; he's
very funny to watch. Both are very affectionate and play together all
the time. They've also gotten very friendly with my dog; they follow her
and rub up against her. I've had the female spayed and a rabies shot;
the male has had no veterinary care but both are in excellent health that
I can see. They're great cats but my permanent cat has a very hard time
being around them. For more information contact Mark at 404-755-2251,

Sweet
and loving kitty looking for a stable and wonderful home. My name is Cleo
(short for Cleopatra because I am so refined and ladylike!) I love spending
time with people and, although I can be a bit shy at first, I warm up
quick! Once I get to know you I might even curl up on your lap and fall
asleep! I have been a loyal companion to my elderly dad, and now that
he has moved to an assisted living home, I need a new family to keep company!
I crave lots of loving attention and companionship and have been told
that I am just as sweet as can be! Because I am an older kitty, I would
love to be placed with a quiet and mature family. I like a slow pace of
living! for more information, contact: Margaret at amey33@earthlink.net
