Juno and Flora came to AARF with their mom Athena and their sibling Apollo. This little family was found as strays wandering the streets of Stone Mountain. After making their way to AARF, Apollo was adopted fairly quickly being such a cute tuxedo kitten, and two years later their mom Athena was adopted as well to a great family. Juno and Flora remained at AARF for three years before they finally got a chance at a home. Juno and Flora had been through thick and thin and were incredibly bonded. It made it a little difficult to find a good home that would accept both of these sweet girls.
Juno and Flora remained at AARF for three years before they finally got a chance at a home. And that chance was with one of our incredible volunteers or two years. Through volunteering at AARF every week she had grown attached to Juno and Flora. This volunteer decided to try fostering the sisters. After a month of bonding in our volunteer’s home, she realized Flora and Juno were the perfect fit for her and made the decision to adopt them!
