Nola came to AARF, from Cherokee County Animal Shelter, in May of 2022 with her kittens who were all adopted shortly after their arrival. Nola was diagnosed with FIV which added a bit of a challenge for her. She had an unsuccessful adoption and ended up back at AARF. Re-acclimating to AARF was very hard on Nola. She ended up going to a foster home after a year at AARF that provided her with all of the attention and support she needed.
In a heart-warming turn of events, her foster mom ended up falling in love with sweet Nola and adopted her!
