Valkyrie Chaussette was abandoned outside of Dekalb County Animal Services at only a month old and came to AARF quickly after. A staff member then decided to foster the little kitten.

At her foster home she received a lot of love and learned how to play and socialize from her foster’s cat and dog. Valkyrie had a big personality and loved to get into mischief.

After a couple months, when Valkyrie was ready for adoption, a customer at one of our cat cafes had taken an interest in Valkyrie and followed her story for a couple weeks before finally deciding to adopt her! Valkyrie loves her forever home!
