Volunteer of the month

The mission of Atlanta Animal Rescue Friends, Inc. is to end pet overpopulation. We strive to accomplish our mission through three main objectives.

Our Mission

We are creating a world where every pet matters.

Featured Pet

AARF's Volunteer of the Month is Elinor Reid Hightower. Reid transports AARF dogs, socializes our cats, and assists at almost every adoption day. AARFStravaganza is our biggest fundraiser of the year and Reid was a valuable participant. Reid started volunteering with us a year ago when she attended our Cat Movie Nights. The reason she volunteers is to have fun with the animals and make a difference. This also helps her relieve stress from college. Thanks to Reid for all of her hard work!
